Fundraiser for Our Christmas Family in Need

Hey everyone,
A family has been picked for our fundraiser. Although I was told to be discreet, I will fill you in on some info.

The family is close to where I live. The father passed away suddenly, leaving a wife and 3 kids, grades 4, 7 & 8.

The whole family is taking this extremely hard and needs any help they can get.

The school that the children go to have generated a Christmas Wish list from the mother. She does not know that this fundraiser is happening. I will give the school cash on Dec 11th and they will shop for the items on the Wish list.

The fundraiser will run from today until Dec 10th. The code at checkout is XMASFAMILY. This will keep the fundraiser separate.

Help A Family At Christmas!

How many of you know a single-parent family that will

be struggling during this holiday season? Even though we are all going

our own struggles, there are people worse off then us.

This is also a tough year for me with my health and financial issues, but I would like to help someone else this Christmas.

If you could send me an email with a single mom or dad with children

who needs help for the holidays, it would be greatly appreciated. Write up something about them and why they need some financial help. Monday, Nov.23^rd, I am going to pick the one that I feel deserves it the most. I know this is not going to be an easy task! I will be more than happy to share with anyone interested who I pick. Also, make sure your name is in the email and PLEASE pass this around to anyone you think may know someone that this will benefit.

THEN, I am going to have an online event, called an Eparty. This is new to Avon.

Instead of helping out a hostess with a commission or free gifts, I am going to throw it myself and give 20% of any products ordered to this family. At the end of the event, I will write a check (which I will gladly copy & post) and mail it with a letter (and mentioning the person who referred the family) to them on why they were picked.

The Eparty is going to run for 2 weeks. I want to have enough time to get the check out to the family so they can use it for Christmas. All you would do is just go online to my personalized page, www.youravon.com/dranieri and shop for the holidays! I will create a certain code to use for ordering. With the use of this special code, all orders will be tracked for this event. Unfortunately, only my US friends can participate in the Event. avon will not ship out of the US. Sorry :(

Even if you don’t know a family, but would like to have the info on the actual Event, I will set up the Event, post a new blog with info and the code to use and forward to other friends.

I appreciate all of your help with this as soon as possible. Lets change at least one familys life this Christmas!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
